Our Formal title is "The Lake St. George South Homeowners Association, Inc."  but we are also known simply as "The Courts". Upon purchase of your home, you should have been given an HOA Disclosure to sign, confirm you are aware that this is a deed restricted community. You should also have received a complete set of documents. If you did not, please contact your title company, real estate agent or download the documents from this web site. We, as a non-profit organization of homeowners just like you, rely heavily on everyone's timely payments, and their volunteer cooperation.  Feel free to write our address with any questions or concerns you may have.
