Architectural Review: Article V. No building, wall or other structures orimprovement of any nature shall becommenced, erected, placed ormaintained upon the Properties, nor shall there be any exterior addition to,change of, or alteration in the Properties and the improvements locatedthereon be made, until theplans and specifications have been submitted toand approved in writing by the Board of Directors or theArchitecturalCommittee. Attached units must be painted same color scheme and roofmust match color ofattached unit. No Fences are permitted past frontcorner of unit.
Owner of a rental unit is responsible for non-compliance of tenant forviolation of deed restrictions, rulesand regulations and architecturalguidelines.
